Chris Powers is a highly engaging, professional
speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach. He is also the
co-founder of Guiding Solutions; a solutions-based
company whose mission is to help organizations

of their people. With over 30 years of experience
working with organizations, Chris has helped thousands
of individuals in a variety of roles, from CEO’s to front-
line contributors. He has brought his passionate energy
and commonsensical approach, along with real-world,
real-time intelligence to over 500 organizations in
industries such as, manufacturing, education, medical,
environmental, professional sports teams, banking,
transportation, utilities, and government, helping to
increase the effectiveness of Leadership Teams, Front-
line Supervisors, Individual Contributors and entire
organizations.
Chris served as a Training Facilitator for the Naval
Nuclear Power School while serving in the United States
Navy Submarine Force. Chris’ professional experience
also includes positions as Six-Sigma Quality Black Belt
for General Electric Consumer Finance, National Sales
Manager for Sunrise Equipment Company, an industry
leader in the utility and forestry equipment field. Most
recently he was a Senior Consultant for Training and
Organizational Development at Employers Resource
Council (ERC).
Chris earned a Masters of Arts in Business
Administration from Webster University and is a
Certified Master Training Specialist, Certified DISC –
Understanding Social Styles and "Crucial
Conversations."

Richelle Powers is a straight-forward and engaging
professional speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach, with
