Prior to founding Guiding Solutions, Richelle
Powers led a successful multi-disciplinary Client
Web design with the development team at
Medical Mutual. In her many roles she was
responsible for business development,
project management, and hands-on design
work while acting as liaison between client and
technical support. Her experience in development for start-up companies at
Enabling Partners gave Richelle the insight needed to understand the impact of
finding or creating the right solution for varied businesses and business
processes.

Her widely-varied client experience includes National City, Enabling Partners and
General Electric among others.

Richelle’s portfolio includes successful implementations of Graphical User
Interfaces     (GUI’s), E-Commerce, Government Licensing and Permitting
Systems, Relationship Databases, Web-Site Design and Implementation for a
multitude of companies.
